Stop through traffic!
Has anyone else noticed that on Saturdays traffic uses MWHill as a through road to the A406. The problem is no-one stops to shop.

A solution could be to close the broadway to the traffic on saturdays, only allowing access to the car parks behind M&S and the Cinema.
This would make the broadway a pedestrian zone which could only be beneficial to local shops, cafes could extend their terraces, the farmer's market could move there as well.
